Cartoons for A Cause: Comic Strip STEMinists

This week Jackie has been creating some super duper amazing cartoons to start spreading the news about our STEMinist initiative!

Here's me bugging her with questions about her comics:

Angie: "What are these two comics trying to get across?"
Jackie: "'The T-shirt Contest' comic is saying how we learned about this cause and how we plan to help. The Second one, 'Visuals Made Visable' shows how we use visuals like animations, comics, photos, and videos, to raise awareness for The Women in Science Conference in China."

Angie: "Where can people view these comics?"
Jackie: "On this blog, below, you can see the comics. Also, they will be on our social media and others such as the Kindness Ninja's."

Angie: "How will you know these comics made a difference?"
Jackie: *Shrugs shoulders*
Angie: Alright i'll tell you how! These comics are key points in the story of our journey in helping The Women in Science Conference. In 'The T-shirt Contest' you see our story of finding out about the contest and the issues with funding for the conference in a new form other than the video that we previously made (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cHyz5UjT7DI&t=1s). Then you also see a pamphlet type comic in 'Visuals Made Visable' with the different ways that we have and are going to convey our ideas."
